Why is Website Maintenance So Important?

Everyone knows they have to do regular maintenance on a car like changing their oil. A website is similar in the fact that technology is constantly changing and it is important to keep everything updated. Outdated websites are prone to security issues and broken software.

Do you offer hosting with a Technical Support and Maintenance plan?

Most clients use their current hosting without website plans but we do offer hosting for those who are interested. Small traffic website hosting are included with each plan but if your site a large site we can upgrade the hosting. Email hello@superdupr.com for more details.

What does Technical Support cover?

Technical Support covers minor updates that help improve or fix the website. We post content for you, fix issues, and optimize pages. Things that aren't covered are new custom pages, stores, membership add ons, ect... If you need an additional add on that is out of the scope, it would be quoted at a discounted rate.

How long does it take to get started?

As soon as the service is paid for we start the on boarding process for your website. On boarding can take 1-2 days depending on the size of your site and what options you choose.
