Implementation · $5,000 fixed scope

AI Search Optimization, Done For You

Your customers are asking ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity who to hire, and those answers get decided by structure most websites do not have. We build the structure. $5,000 covers a fixed scope: schema markup, answer-shaped content, llms.txt, citation-target pages, and the technical work that lets AI engines read and quote you. $500 a month keeps measuring it, and you can cancel anytime.

The short version

What is AI search optimization?

AI search optimization is the work of getting a business named and cited inside AI-generated answers, rather than ranked in a list of blue links. It has four parts: structured data that tells AI engines what your business is and what it sells, content rewritten so each page opens with a direct answer a machine can quote, machine-readable site files like llms.txt, and pages built specifically to be the best available answer to a question your buyers actually ask.

SuperDupr does this as a fixed-scope build for $5,000, delivered in 3 to 4 weeks, with optional monthly monitoring at $500 a month. It is the implementation half of a two-step process: an AI Search Audit diagnoses what is broken, and we build the fixes.

How this works, start to finish

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them. Most people start at step one because it costs nothing and tells you whether you have a problem worth paying to fix.

Step 1 Free

Run the free AI Visibility Check

Give us your website. We ask the AI engines the questions your customers actually ask and email you where you show up, where you do not, and who gets recommended instead. Same day, reviewed by a human.

Run the free check
Step 2 $1,500

Buy the AI Search Audit

The diagnosis, done personally by Justin McKelvey. The full prompt set for your market, a map of which competitors and directories own the answers you want, and a prioritized fix list with the reasoning behind each item. You own the list whether or not you hire anyone to build it.

Step 3 $5,000 + $500/mo

We build it and keep measuring

That is this page. We implement the fix list, publish the new pages, and re-run the same prompt set so you can see the before and the after. Then monitoring keeps watching, because these answers get re-decided constantly.

What the $5,000 build includes

Fixed scope, written down before we start. Six work items, 3 to 4 weeks, one price.

Item 1

Structured data across your site

Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Product, and FAQPage schema, written by hand and validated against Google's parser rather than dumped in by a plugin. This is how an AI engine knows what your business is, where it operates, what it sells, and what it costs.

Item 2

Answer-shaped content restructuring

We rewrite your key pages so each one opens with a direct, quotable answer to the question it is trying to win, then supports it with specifics. Machines lift the opening passage. Most business websites open with a slogan, which is unquotable.

Item 3

llms.txt and a machine-readable site map

A plain-text map of your site written for language models: what you do, what you sell, which pages answer which question. Cheap to add, and it removes the guesswork for any engine crawling you.

Item 4

Citation-target pages

Three to five new pages built to be the single best answer to a specific buyer question in your market, chosen from the audit's fix list. These are the pages that actually earn citations. Costs, comparisons, and process questions win most often.

Item 5

Technical SEO for AI crawlers

Crawlability for AI agents specifically, which is not the same as crawlability for Google. Robots rules that permit the crawlers you want, clean semantic markup, canonical hygiene, fast pages, and no content that only exists after JavaScript runs.

Item 6

Before-and-after measurement

We run your prompt set before we touch anything and again after the build ships, using the same engine that monitors our own sites. You get both numbers. If nothing moved, you will see that too.

What is not in it: ad spend, link buying, a new website, or ongoing content production. If the audit says you need one of those, we will say so and quote it separately. We would rather scope it honestly than pad the build.

Then $500 a month to keep it

Optional · cancel anytime

AI answers are not a ranking you win once. They get re-decided every time someone asks, and a business that gets named this month can disappear next month because a competitor published something better. The build gets you in. Monitoring is how you find out when you fall out, while you can still do something about it.

  • Your prompt set re-run monthly across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI answers
  • A short report: which questions name you, which name a competitor, and what moved since last month
  • One content or schema update every month to defend a position or take a new one
  • An alert when you lose a citation you had, instead of finding out from your phone not ringing
  • No contract, no cancellation fee, and the work we already built stays yours

We ran this on ourselves first

This site is the test case. superdupr.com currently holds roughly 20 AI citations across five pages, tracked by the same monitor we would put on your site. We did not buy those. We built the structure, published pages that answered real buyer questions better than anyone else was answering them, and waited.

Justin's own site gets quoted inline. justinmckelvey.com gets cited by name inside ChatGPT answers, which is the outcome this whole process is aimed at. Being linked at the bottom is nice. Being named in the sentence is what gets the call.

Clients arrive this way now. A real share of the businesses we talk to found us because an AI engine recommended us. That is not a projection we are selling you. It is how our own pipeline works, and it is the reason we built this offer.

The honest limit. This is not instant and it is not guaranteed. Movement usually shows up 2 to 6 weeks after new pages go live, some markets are more crowded than others, and no one controls what a model says. What we control is whether your business is structured to be the easiest correct answer. Most are not, which is the whole opportunity.

Get the scope for your site

Tell us where you are and we'll send back what the $5,000 build would cover for your specific site, what we would do first, and whether you should buy the audit before the build. No call required.

No spam, unsubscribe anytime. We'll also send you our weekly brief for service businesses.

Not sure yet? The recommended first step is the $1,500 AI Search Audit on justinmckelvey.com. Justin runs it personally, you keep the fix list either way, and it becomes the scope if you decide to build. Or start free with the AI Visibility Check.

Questions

How is this different from SEO?
SEO gets you a link in a list of ten. AI search optimization gets you named inside a single answer. The work overlaps at the technical layer, but the target is different: search engines rank pages, AI engines quote passages. That means the winning page is the one that answers the question directly, in a structure a machine can lift, from a site the machine already trusts. We do the SEO fundamentals as part of the build, but we optimize for being quoted, not just ranked.
Do I have to buy the $1,500 audit first?
No, but almost everyone should. The audit is the diagnosis: Justin runs your real customer questions through the AI engines himself, maps who gets recommended instead of you, and produces the prioritized fix list. Without it we would be guessing at scope. If you already have a recent audit from us, or you know exactly what you want built, we can go straight to the build.
Why $5,000 fixed instead of an hourly rate?
Because you should know the number before you start. The scope is defined in writing up front: schema, content restructuring, llms.txt, citation-target pages, technical fixes, and a before-and-after measurement. If it takes us longer than we thought, that is our problem, not your invoice. Work outside the scope gets quoted separately before we do it.
How long until I show up in AI answers?
The build takes 3 to 4 weeks. Movement in AI answers usually shows up 2 to 6 weeks after the new pages are live, because the engines have to crawl and re-decide. Some prompts move faster than that and some take a full quarter. Anyone promising you a date is guessing. The monitoring is how you watch it happen instead of wondering.
What does the $500 a month actually buy?
We re-run your prompt set across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI answers every month, and send you a short report: which questions name you, which name a competitor, and what changed since last month. Each month includes one content or schema update to defend or extend a position. Cancel anytime, no contract and no cancellation fee.
I already have an SEO agency. Does this conflict with them?
No. We are not touching your keyword strategy, your ad spend, or your link building. We are adding the structural layer that makes your existing content readable and quotable by AI engines. It works fine alongside an agency, and we will happily hand your team the documentation so they can keep the pattern going on new pages.
What if my site is on Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress?
That is most of the sites we do this on. Schema, answer-shaped content, and llms.txt can be implemented on any platform, though some make it easier than others. If your platform genuinely blocks part of the scope, we tell you during the audit, not after you have paid for a build we cannot finish.
