What we collect

Information you give us directly: name, email, phone, and company details when you submit the contact form, subscribe to The Service Business AI Brief, download a resource, or book a strategy session. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver resources you request, send the newsletter you subscribed to (unsubscribe anytime — every email has a one-click link), schedule and confirm bookings, improve the site, and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

• Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and remarketing. Form submissions may be matched to Meta accounts using hashed identifiers (Advanced Matching); Meta never receives raw contact details from this site. Opt out via your Meta ad preferences.
