AI Search Program: SEO, GEO and AEO Run For Your Team
Your buyers now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI which product to pick, and the answer usually goes to whoever has the clearest pages. We run the whole program: we triage your content, rebuild the pages buyers read when they choose, draft new pages straight into your site for your team to approve (in a CMS, WordPress or your code), and report every week on rankings, AI answers and the signups they bring. Month to month, priced to your site after a 30-minute call.
The short version
What is an AI search program?
An AI search program is ongoing work that gets a company ranked in Google and named in AI answers when buyers ask which product to choose. It covers SEO, GEO and AEO together: deciding which pages to keep, setting one page standard, rebuilding the comparison and use-case pages buyers read, keeping every fact consistent, and measuring how each change moves rankings, AI answers and signups.
SuperDupr runs it for companies with an in-house marketing team, month to month. It sits above our one-time $5,000 AI Search Optimization build, for sites big enough to need someone running it every week.
Who is this for?
It fits companies where search and AI answers already bring signups, and losing ground costs real revenue.
- ✓ You have a marketing team, but no one owning SEO and AI search full time
- ✓ AI assistants mention you, but name a competitor when asked to pick one
- ✓ Your comparison and alternatives pages have slipped, or say different things about your prices
- ✓ You have hundreds of articles and don't know which ones are still earning their place
- ✓ A rebrand, domain move or redesign is coming, and you can't afford to lose rankings
Not the right fit? Local service businesses should look at Local AI Search at $297 a month. If you want a one-time fix, the $5,000 build is the better buy. If you want the diagnosis first, start with the $1,500 AI Search Audit.
How is this different from an SEO agency or a new hire?
The difference is who does the work and what gets measured.
| SEO consultant or agency | New in-house hire | AI Search Program | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | A roadmap and content briefs | One person's time | Finished pages, reports and the system that makes them |
| Who writes and edits | Your team | The hire | We draft and edit; your team approves |
| AI answers tracked | Sometimes, as mention rates | Depends on the hire | Every tracked prompt, by assistant, with who was picked |
| Tied to signups | Rarely | Depends on the hire | Every URL and prompt joined to signups |
| Time to start | Weeks | Months to hire | Baseline in week 2 |
| If it ends | You keep the documents | You lose the knowledge | Everything stays in your accounts |
What happens in the first 90 days?
We fix what you already own first, then build new pages, then put production on a workflow. Each phase ends with a check before the next one starts.
Days 1 to 30
Triage and set the standard
We set a baseline for rankings, AI answers and signups. Every article gets sorted into keep, refresh, merge, redirect or remove, before anything is rewritten. We write the page and schema standard for your developers, and rebuild your most important comparison pages first. Your team's edits on the first page set the voice for every page after it.
Days 31 to 60
Finish comparisons, start use cases
The remaining comparison and alternatives pages, then one page for each audience you sell to, answering the question buyers ask AI: which platform is right for someone like me? Merges and redirects from the triage get carried out.
Days 61 to 90
Put production on a workflow
The drafting workflow we've been running by hand gets automated. Claude finds openings every day and drafts pages into your CMS, and drafts run beside manual ones for two weeks so your team can compare. At day 90 we review results against targets and plan the next 90 days.
How do pages get written and published?
Claude does the drafting at volume. People decide what's true and what goes live.
- 1 Find the opening. A daily check spots AI answers that name a competitor, pages losing clicks, and new competitor pages.
- 2 Draft where your site lives. Claude drafts the page using your fact sheet and voice guide: in your CMS through its API or MCP server, in WordPress, or as a pull request to your code.
- 3 Check every draft. Each number must match the fact sheet or link to a source, the voice rules must hold, and the page must meet the template. A draft that fails goes back.
- 4 Edit before you see it. Justin reviews and edits every page before it reaches your team.
- 5 Your team approves it. A person on your team approves every page. Drafts and pull requests can't go live on their own.
- 6 Measure it. The page shows up in the next day's data, so every change is measured by the same system that suggested it.
What do the reports show?
Every morning, scripts pull Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, your rank tracker, your AI answer tracker and your site into two tables: one row per URL per day, and one row per prompt per AI assistant per day. The numbers come from scripts, never from AI, so each one traces back to its source.
- ✓ A dashboard of every URL: clicks, position, 7- and 28-day change, AI citations, page score, last update and signups
- ✓ AI answers by prompt and assistant: whether you were named, whether you were picked, and which sources were cited
- ✓ Movers: what went up or down this week, each with a one-line reason
- ✓ Competitor watch: new and changed comparison pages, and searches where a rival moved ahead
- ✓ A Monday note of five lines or fewer, and a monthly report tied to signups
Do you cover domain moves and redesigns?
Yes. A domain move doesn't lift rankings. Done well, it carries them over. Google's own guidance says to expect fluctuations while it re-crawls, and AI assistants keep using your old name and URLs for much longer. We plan for both: triage before the move so only pages worth keeping make it over, one-to-one permanent redirects, the old brand name kept in titles through the transition, a tested sample from every section before launch, and daily monitoring after.
It's included in the program. If a move is the only thing you need, we also do it as a fixed-fee project, priced after a short scoping call.
Who runs it, and does it work?
Justin McKelvey runs every program. He's spent 15 years building products and shipped more than 50 of them. Before software, he ran snowboard and mountain-bike shops in Colorado and taught himself to code. More about Justin.
We hold our own sites to the same standard. On our November 2, 2026 scan of each site's articles against the page standard we'd set for you, justinmckelvey.com scored 93 out of 100, superdupr.com 89 and getlocalcall.com 87. That standard is a short answer up top, question headings, tables, an FAQ, sources, a named author and schema on every page.
The honest limit. No one controls what a model says, and rebuilt pages take months to settle in Google. What we control is whether your site is the clearest, most consistent answer to the questions your buyers ask, and whether you can see what's working. We'll show you the numbers either way.

Questions
- What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?
- SEO gets your pages ranked in Google's list of results. GEO, generative engine optimization, gets your brand named inside the answers ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini write. AEO, answer engine optimization, is the same goal described from the question side: be the answer when someone asks which product to pick. The work overlaps a lot. Pages that open with a direct answer, carry real facts and sources, and use clean structure and schema do well in all three. We run them as one program and report each one separately.
- How is this different from hiring an SEO agency or consultant?
- Most SEO consultants hand you a roadmap and content briefs, and your team still does the writing, the edits, the publishing and the reporting. We do that work. Pages arrive as finished drafts in your CMS, checked against your facts and voice, and your team approves and publishes them. Reporting covers AI answers as well as Google, and ties both to signups.
- How much does an AI search program cost?
- It depends on your site, so we price it after a 30-minute call. The main factors are how many pages you have, how many need rebuilding, how many audiences you sell to, and whether a domain move or redesign is coming. Programs run month to month with 30 days' notice. Off-site work, like getting listed on the review sites and lists AI assistants cite, is an add-on you can turn on later. If you only need a one-time fix, the $5,000 AI Search Optimization build is the better fit.
- Who writes the content, people or AI?
- Both, in that order of responsibility. Claude drafts and refreshes pages from your approved fact sheet and voice guide, and runs checks on every draft. Justin edits each page before your team sees it, and a person on your team approves and publishes it. Nothing goes live without a person signing off.
- Does our site need a CMS?
- No. We work with whatever runs your site. On WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, Contentful or another CMS, we draft through its API or MCP server with a role that can't publish. On a custom-coded site, we open a pull request in your repository and your developers merge it, or we can run the site for you. Either way, a person on your team approves what goes live. Once quality holds, you can choose to let simple fact updates go live without review.
- How long until we see results?
- AI answers often shift within 2 to 6 weeks of a page going live, because assistants that search the web re-read it. Google rankings for rebuilt pages usually take a few months to settle. We set a baseline in week 2, report every week, and judge signups from search and AI at month 6. No one controls what a model says, so we don't promise a date.
- Can you handle a domain move or site redesign?
- Yes. Redirect maps, pre-launch tests and post-launch monitoring are part of the program, and a standalone fixed-fee version is available if a move is the only thing you need. The goal is to carry your rankings and AI citations to the new site without a long dip.
- Who owns the work if we stop?
- You do. Pages, data, prompts and agents are built in your accounts: your CMS, your Claude workspace, your Slack and your analytics. If the program ends, everything stays where it is.
