Calendly Pricing 2026: Is Calendly Free, What Each Seat Costs, and the Limits That Break Automations

As of October 26, 2026, Calendly is free for one event type and one calendar. Standard costs $10 a seat a month billed yearly ($12 monthly), Teams $16 ($20), and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year for 50 seats. Round-robin and routing forms start on Teams, so a 5-person team that shares out leads pays $80 a month, not $50.

How much does Calendly cost? The short answer

As of October 26, 2026, Calendly is free for one event type and one calendar. Paid plans are priced per seat: Standard is $10 a seat a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, and Teams is $16 yearly or $20 monthly. Adding the Notetaker and the Callie AI assistant makes them Standard Plus ($18 / $24) and Teams Plus ($24 / $32). Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year for 50 seats. Round-robin, routing forms and Salesforce start on Teams, and webhooks, Zapier and HubSpot start on Standard.

Every price and plan limit on this page comes from Calendly's own pricing page and its developer documentation, both read October 26, 2026. The bills further down are our arithmetic on those prices. SuperDupr builds scheduling and booking automations for service businesses; we do not resell Calendly.

Calendly plans and prices

PlanBilled yearlyBilled monthlyWhat it adds
Free$0$0One event type, one calendar connection, one-on-one meetings, a booking page
Standard$10 per seat a month$12 per seat a monthUnlimited event types, up to 6 calendars, group meetings, reminders and automations, webhooks, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Zapier, Stripe and PayPal payments
Standard Plus$18$24Standard plus the Notetaker (recordings, transcripts, recaps) and the Callie email-scheduling assistant (beta)
Teams$16 per seat a month$20 per seat a monthRound-robin, routing forms that qualify and route leads, admin-managed event types, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot, an optional SSO add-on
Teams Plus$24$32Teams plus the Notetaker, Callie and advanced admin controls
EnterpriseFrom $15,000 a year, starting at 50 seats, USD onlyRouting by Salesforce lookup, Microsoft Dynamics and Power Automate, SAML SSO, SCIM, domain control, audit logs, the data deletion API, onboarding

Calendly prints the yearly savings as 17% on Standard and 20% on Teams, which matches the numbers ($10 against $12, $16 against $20). One rule decides your seat count: a seat is needed for anyone who connects a calendar or creates booking links, and that includes an office manager who books for other people. The people who book with you never need one.

Is Calendly free?

Yes, with one event type and one connected calendar, which is enough for a solo "book a call with me" link. The free plan has no reminders, no webhooks, no HubSpot or Zapier connection, no payments and no group or round-robin meetings. Calendly's API is open on Free but rate-limited to 50 requests per user per minute, against 500 on paid plans, and the endpoint that books a meeting from your own app is blocked on Free entirely.

Calendly's trial runs 14 days, and you can invite teammates into it at no cost. When the trial ends, Calendly drops the whole account to Free rather than charging you.

What a Calendly bill looks like for a small team

Calendly's page lists prices per seat, so here is a real-shaped bill. A remodeling company has an owner, three estimators and an office manager. Leads fill in a form on the website, the form sends each one to the right estimator by job type, and the meeting lands in HubSpot. The office manager books phone leads into the estimators' calendars.

SetupSeatsBilled yearlyBilled monthly
Teams (routing form and round-robin need it)5$80 a month, $960 a year$100 a month, $1,200 a year
Teams Plus, if they want call recaps from the Notetaker5$120 a month, $1,440 a year$160 a month, $1,920 a year
Standard, if they drop routing and assign leads by hand5$50 a month, $600 a year$60 a month, $720 a year

The expensive moment is not the next hire. It is the first time you need leads shared out automatically: round-robin and routing forms move every seat from $10 to $16 on yearly billing, a 60% jump, even for the people who never get routed a lead. At 50 seats the step to Enterprise is bigger again: Teams costs 50 x $16 x 12 = $9,600 a year, and Enterprise starts at $15,000, so you pay at least $5,400 a year for Salesforce lookup routing, SAML and the admin tooling.

Calendly is priced by person and Acuity by calendar, so the cheaper tool depends on headcount. Five people on Calendly Standard cost $50 a month on yearly billing; Acuity's Standard plan covers up to 6 calendars for $27 a month, as read on October 20, 2026. Our Acuity Scheduling pricing guide has the per-calendar table, and Calendly vs Acuity vs Cal.com compares the three on features.

The Calendly limits that break automations

  • Booking from an AI agent is capped per user. Calendly's Scheduling API lets an app or AI agent book a meeting without the booking page, and Calendly now publishes a guide for exactly that. On paid plans below Enterprise, that endpoint allows 10 bookings per user per minute, 50 per hour and 100 per day. On a trial it is 5 a day, and on Free it returns an error. A voice agent booking every caller into one owner's calendar through one token hits the 100-a-day line long before the calendar is full.
  • A reschedule arrives as two events. Calendly's webhooks send a cancellation and a new booking when an invitee reschedules, with a "rescheduled" flag on the cancellation. A workflow that texts "sorry to see you go" on every cancellation will text people who simply moved their appointment.
  • A failing webhook is switched off after 24 hours. If your endpoint keeps returning errors, Calendly retries with back-off for 24 hours and then disables the subscription, and it has to be recreated. Nothing tells the office manager; the CRM just stops updating.
  • The webhook does not carry the details. The payload points to the invitee, and the name, email and answers to your questions come from a second API call. Plan for that call in any custom integration.
  • Zapier bills by task. On Standard and up, Zapier is the no-code route, and every booking that moves to a CRM or spreadsheet spends Zapier tasks on top of the Calendly seat.

Is Calendly worth it for a small business?

For booking meetings from a link, yes. Standard at $10 a seat a month on yearly billing is cheap for reminders, payments and a HubSpot or Zapier connection, and Free is fine for one person with one meeting type. Pay for Teams only when leads have to be routed or shared automatically, and budget it for every seat. Skip the Plus tiers unless you will use the call recaps; they add $8 a seat a month on yearly billing.

What Calendly does not do is answer the phone. A customer who calls instead of clicking still needs a person, or an agent, to put them on the calendar. Our guide to the best AI scheduling software covers the tools that book by phone, and if you are leaving Calendly over seat cost, our Calendly alternatives guide covers the field.

Who can connect Calendly to my phone, CRM and follow-up?

Set Calendly up yourself if all you need is a booking link and reminders. Bring in a builder when bookings must flow both ways: an AI agent that answers calls and books through the Scheduling API, a routing form that checks your job software before it offers a time, follow-up texts that know whether the meeting was moved or canceled, and webhooks that are monitored so they do not quietly switch off. SuperDupr, the AI ops shop Justin McKelvey runs, builds that as an AI appointment scheduling system, often with Calendly kept as the calendar engine underneath. The published price is $5,000 to $10,000 with $200 to $2,000 a month ongoing, and most AI systems go live in 2 to 4 weeks.
