Service Fusion Pricing (2026): $208 to $627 a Month, Unlimited Users

Service Fusion costs $208, $325, or $533 a month billed annually ($245, $382, or $627 month to month) as of September 2026, and every plan includes unlimited users. That flat price is the whole argument: it costs more than Housecall Pro for a three-person shop and less once the crew passes eight. The three plans, the add-ons with no published price, the payments bill, and the seat math.

How much does Service Fusion cost?

As of September 2026, Service Fusion costs $208, $325, or $533 a month billed annually, or $245, $382, or $627 a month on a month-to-month plan, and every plan includes unlimited users. Those are the Starter, Plus, and Pro plans as published on servicefusion.com/pricing, read September 19, 2026. The annual price is a 15% discount and is charged as one payment at sign-up, so Starter on the annual plan is $2,496 up front. There is no contract on either billing option. The flat price is the whole argument for Service Fusion: it costs more than a per-user tool for a two- or three-person shop, and less once the crew passes about eight people.

All three plans share the same core: customer management, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatching, invoicing, integrated payments, QuickBooks integration (Online and Desktop), project management, reporting, and text message alerts. What changes between them is which extras are included and which are sold as add-ons.

Service Fusion says every plan comes with personalized onboarding and unlimited support by email, phone, or live chat, and that it serves over 7,000 service companies. The page does not publish prices for any add-on, so ServiceCall.ai (its call tracking and VoIP product) and GPS fleet tracking are quote-only on every tier.

Which Service Fusion plan should you pick?

Starter if you need scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and payments and nothing else. Plus if you price jobs from inventory or want to know which jobs made money. Pro only if you need the open API or bill in stages. The practical line sits at job costing: it is an add-on on Starter and included on Plus, and for most contractors it is the report that changes decisions. The $117 a month between Starter and Plus on the annual plan buys job costing, inventory, job photos, estimate options, and built-in voice and text. The $208 a month between Plus and Pro mostly buys documents and billing features (eSign, custom documents, the customer portal, progress billing) plus API access. A remodeler who bills in draws needs Pro; an HVAC shop that runs service calls and maintenance agreements usually does not.

What the pricing page does not tell you

  • The add-ons have no published price. On Starter, eSign, job costing, inventory, and job photos are all add-ons. If you need two or three of them, get the quote in writing and compare it with the Plus price before you buy Starter plus extras.
  • The annual discount is paid up front. The 15% saving is real ($444 a year on Starter, $684 on Plus, $1,128 on Pro), but it is charged as one annual payment at sign-up. Month to month costs more and keeps the exit open.
  • Card processing is a separate bill. Service Fusion Payments runs on PaySimple, and Service Fusion's payments page advertises rates "as low as 2.90% + $0.30" per credit card transaction. On $40,000 a month of card sales at a $400 average ticket, that is $1,190 a month in processing, several times the software bill. How that rate compares with interchange-plus processing is covered in credit card processing fees.
  • The phone is a separate product. Service Fusion's AI phone answering is ZyraTalk, which it describes as working inside Service Fusion under the same EverPro ecosystem. No price is published for it either.

Service Fusion vs Housecall Pro: the seat math

Housecall Pro prices by plan and by user. From housecallpro.com/pricing, read the same day: Basic is $59 a month billed annually ($79 monthly) with 1 user, Essentials is $149 ($189) with 5 users, and MAX is $299 ($329) with 8 users and $35 a month for each additional user. The plans are not feature-identical, so treat this as the cost of a seat, not a verdict on the product.

Crew size (users)Service Fusion StarterService Fusion PlusHousecall Pro, cheapest published fit
1$208$325$59 (Basic)
5$208$325$149 (Essentials)
8$208$325$299 (MAX)
10$208$325$369 (MAX + 2 users)
15$208$325$544 (MAX + 7 users)
20$208$325$719 (MAX + 12 users)

Monthly prices, billed annually. Up to five users, Housecall Pro is the cheaper bill. From nine users, Service Fusion Plus costs less than Housecall Pro MAX, and the gap grows by $35 a month for every person you add. At 20 users, Service Fusion Starter works out to $10.40 a seat. The full picture of the Housecall Pro side, including what its tiers add, is in the Housecall Pro review.

Service Fusion vs Jobber and ServiceTitan

Jobber is the usual first field service app for a solo operator or a small crew, and like Housecall Pro it limits users by plan, so the same seat math applies as the team grows; its plans and where it stops are in the Jobber review. ServiceTitan sits at the other end: deeper dispatch and reporting, a real implementation project, and pricing you get from a sales call rather than a page. Service Fusion's place is between them: a published flat price with unlimited users, no contract, and QuickBooks Desktop support, aimed at the shop that has more people than a per-seat plan rewards but less need than a ServiceTitan rollout. The three best-known options are compared side by side in ServiceTitan vs Housecall Pro vs Jobber.

Is Service Fusion worth the price?

Yes for a home service company with roughly eight or more people in the field and the office, because the unlimited-user price stops the software bill from growing with headcount. Not for a solo operator or a crew of three, where $208 a month buys seats nobody uses. Before you sign, price the add-ons you actually need and add the processing bill, because those two lines usually decide the total more than the plan does.

One thing no plan changes: field service software runs the jobs you already have. The call that comes in while the crew is on a roof, or after 6pm, is still the biggest leak in most contractor businesses, and it is the same leak on every platform. What an AI answering layer costs, and how it books straight into your scheduling software, is in AI answering services for contractors.
