Attio Pricing 2026: Plus vs Pro, How Credits Work, and the 11th-Seat Jump

Attio costs $0 on Free, $35 per user a month on Plus and $79 on Pro billed annually ($44 and $99 monthly), with Enterprise quoted, as of October 18, 2026. Workflows and AI run on credits: Plus includes 1,500 a month, Pro 10,000, and each record write, task or Slack post costs 1. Here is what a 500-lead workflow uses, when a credit pack beats Pro, and what changes at seat 11.

How much does Attio cost? The short answer

As of October 18, 2026, Attio costs $0 on Free (up to 3 seats), $35 per user a month on Plus and $79 on Pro billed annually ($44 and $99 billed monthly), with Enterprise quoted by sales. The seat price is only half the bill for a team that automates: Attio's workflows and AI run on credits, Plus includes 1,500 workspace credits a month and Pro 10,000, and extra packs start at $70 a month. Plus also stops at 10 seats, so the 11th person moves the whole team to Pro.

Prices, limits and credit costs come from Attio's pricing page and its help article on credits, both read October 18, 2026. The cost examples are our arithmetic on those numbers.

Plus is pitched at a single small team: private lists, better email sending and up to 15 reports. Pro is where Attio puts call intelligence, sequences, custom objects, formula attributes, permission controls and advanced reporting (up to 100 reports), plus unlimited file storage and invoice billing. Workflows, integration steps, API and webhook access, the MCP server, AI agents and Ask Attio are on every plan, Free included; what changes by plan is how many credits you get to run them. Enterprise adds single sign-on, SCIM and unlimited teams. Annual billing saves 20% on Plus and Pro, Pro has a 14-day free trial, and Attio's startup program offers up to 80% off for eligible companies.

How Attio credits work, block by block

Attio has two kinds of credits. Seat credits belong to one person and only pay for Ask Attio, the built-in AI assistant. Workspace credits are shared and pay for workflows and every other AI feature. Both renew monthly, including on annual plans.

The useful part of Attio's credit guide is that it prices each workflow step. In the new workflow builder, triggers, logic and data lookups are free. A step costs credits only when it writes data, talks to something outside Attio, or uses AI:

  • 1 credit each: create or update a record, add a record to a list, update or delete a list entry, create or complete a task, enroll in or exit a sequence, send an HTTP request, and integration steps such as posting to Slack.
  • Variable: run code, SQL queries, and the AI steps (classify a record or text, summarize a record, web agent, custom agent), which are billed by tokens and model.

Only the path that actually runs is charged, and if a step fails, it and the steps after it cost nothing. For Ask Attio, the guide's examples run 10 to 20 credits to prep a meeting or summarize a call and 30 to 50 for a daily briefing.

One default to change on day one: when someone runs out of seat credits, Ask Attio keeps going on workspace credits, and by default there is no limit, so it can use up to 100% of the pool. On a team where workflows and chat share 1,500 credits, a few heavy Ask Attio users can stall the automations. Admins can cap Ask Attio's share of the pool under Ask Attio usage in workspace settings.

A worked example: 500 web leads a month on Plus vs Pro

A 6-person insurance agency sends about 500 web-form leads a month into Attio. Each new lead runs one workflow: create the person record, add it to the new-leads list, create a call-back task for the right agent, and post the lead to Slack. That is 4 one-credit steps, or 2,000 workspace credits a month, before anyone asks Attio's AI a question. Prices are annual.

SetupMonthly bill, 6 usersCredits used of included
Plus, as designed$2102,000 of 1,500: short by 500, the workflow stalls late in the month
Plus, Slack step removed$2101,500 of 1,500: fits exactly, nothing left for AI
Plus + 5,000-credit pack$2802,000 of 6,500
Pro, same workflow + a sequence enrollment$4742,500 of 10,000

What the per-seat comparison misses: on credits alone, Pro is the expensive way to get more. For these 6 users Pro costs $264 a month more than Plus, while the 10,000-credit pack is $120 a month on annual billing. Buy Pro for its features (sequences, call intelligence, permissions, unlimited email) and buy packs for volume. The credit packs on the pricing page are 5,000 more for $70 a month, 10,000 for $120, 25,000 for $260 and 50,000 for $475 on annual billing ($85, $150, $330 and $595 monthly).

If you add an AI step, such as classifying each lead by line of insurance, Attio charges by tokens and does not publish a fixed price per run. Run the workflow on a day of real leads during the trial and read the cost in the run viewer before you budget it.

The 10-seat line on Plus

Plus allows up to 10 seats. A 10-person team on Plus pays $350 a month on annual billing. Hire an 11th and the only plan that fits is Pro, at 11 x $79 = $869 a month, a $519 jump for one person ($440 to $1,089 on monthly billing). The jump buys real features, and Pro's credits are almost 7 times larger, but teams growing toward 11 should price Pro before they hit the limit, not after.

Attio vs HubSpot on pricing

The two price the same team in different ways. Attio's paid plans are a flat per-seat price with a monthly credit allowance for automation and AI, and the plan ladder is short: Free, Plus, Pro, Enterprise. HubSpot sells separate hubs for sales, marketing and service, each with its own tiers. HubSpot's pricing page builds its prices in the browser, so we did not read them this run; the reported figures and the per-seat math for HubSpot sit in our HubSpot vs Pipedrive vs Zoho CRM comparison, and our AI CRM guide sets Attio next to Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot for a 5-person team.

The practical difference for automation: in Attio, a workflow's running cost is countable in credits before you build it. That makes it easy to estimate, and just as easy to outgrow on Plus.

Is Attio worth it?

For a small team that wants a flexible CRM it can automate and connect to AI assistants, yes, and Plus at $35 is a fair start if your automation volume fits in 1,500 credits. It is a weaker fit when a 10-person team is about to grow, when every lead needs an AI step at unknown cost, or when the CRM itself is not the bottleneck. For most service businesses the bottleneck is how fast a new lead hears back, which no CRM fixes on its own; our speed to lead guide shows why the first five minutes matter more than the CRM brand.

Who can build Attio workflows and AI follow-up for my business?

Attio's workflow builder is approachable, and a sales lead can wire up lead routing in a day. A builder earns a fee when leads arrive by phone and text as well as forms, when follow-up has to happen within minutes around the clock, or when Attio has to stay in sync with your quoting, policy or job software. SuperDupr, Justin McKelvey's company, builds that layer and has no reseller deal with Attio. An AI sales agent that answers, qualifies and follows up on every lead, writing each touch back to Attio, is published at $8,000 to $15,000, and a build like that usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Ongoing care is $200 to $2,000 a month, scaled to lead volume, and the system is yours.
