Glide Pricing in 2026: GlideOS Plans, Credits, Glide Classic, and What a 10-Person Team Really Pays

As of October 8, 2026, GlideOS costs $0 (Free), $25 (Basic), $50 (Plus) or $125 a month (Pro, 5 members, then $10 per extra member), with Enterprise quoted. A 10-person team on Pro pays $175 a month. Glide Classic is a separate product: Business starts at $199 a month billed yearly with 30 users included, so it is the cheaper Glide from 13 people up.

How much does Glide cost? The short answer

As of October 8, 2026, Glide's current product, GlideOS, has five plans: Free ($0, a limited one-time pool of credits), Basic $25 a month, Plus $50, Pro $125 and Enterprise (custom). Pro includes 5 team members and adds $10 a month for each extra member, so a 10-person team pays $175 a month. The original Glide, now called Glide Classic, is a separate product with its own prices: its Business plan starts at $199 a month billed yearly and includes 30 users.

Every number below comes from Glide's own GlideOS pricing page, its Glide Classic pricing page and the GlideOS usage docs, read October 8, 2026. Most Glide price lists online still describe Classic plans only, so check which product a quote is for.

GlideOS plans side by side

PlanPriceCredits a monthTeam membersPublished appsEnabled workflows
Free$0Limited, do not renew200
Basic$25 a month100221
PlusFrom $50 a month250 to 10,000355
ProFrom $125 a month250 plus 50 per member5 to 100UnlimitedUnlimited
EnterpriseCustomCustomCustomUnlimitedUnlimited

The two plans with a slider move in steps. On Plus, more credits cost $0.10 each above the included 250, so 500 credits is $75 a month and 1,000 is $125. On Pro, each member above 5 adds $10 and 50 credits: 10 members is $175 with 750 credits, 20 members is $275 with 1,250, and 30 members is $375 with 1,750. Those figures are what the pricing page's own selectors show.

The plan lines that matter for a business app: Basic apps can only be opened by members of your organization, public apps start on Plus, and Pro adds premium integrations, org-level roles and permissions, human support and the option to build with your own agent over MCP. Enterprise adds single sign-on, enterprise integrations, 30-day backups and a choice of LLM provider.

What a Glide credit is, and what burns them

Glide's usage docs define a credit as the unit for AI work. Credits are spent two ways: building with GlideOS (chatting with the agent, changing an app, creating a project) and Runtime AI, which is any AI feature inside an app you built, such as summarizing or classifying text. Clicking around the builder yourself does not use credits.

  • Monthly credits reset every billing cycle and unused ones do not carry over.
  • Extra credits are one-time top-ups on paid plans, valid for 12 months, and used only after the monthly ones run out. Basic can buy one top-up a month, Plus two, Pro unlimited. The pricing page does not list the top-up price.
  • The agent mode multiplies usage. Glide's docs put Balanced at 3 times the credits of Light per message, and Heavy at 5 times. Glide also says usage per message is not reliably predictable.
  • When credits run out, GlideOS stops new AI requests until the cycle resets or you buy more.

So the credit pool is mostly a building budget. A team that builds once and then just uses the app spends few credits; a team that keeps asking the agent for changes, or puts AI steps inside the app, spends them every month.

GlideOS vs Glide Classic: two products, two price lists

Glide now describes GlideOS as its current platform, an AI builder that makes business apps from a prompt, a spreadsheet or a file. Glide Classic is the original no-code app builder. They need separate subscriptions, and Glide says existing Classic apps keep working as before.

Classic is priced on users and updates instead of members and credits. Its Business plan starts at $199 a month billed yearly (yearly billing saves 20%) and includes 30 users, 10 editors, unlimited apps and 5,000 updates a month. Extra users are $5 a month on annual billing or $6 monthly, and extra updates are 2 cents each. An update is a data change or a sync from an outside source like Google Sheets or Airtable; Glide's own tables do not use updates. Classic also has a Free plan, plus Explorer and Maker plans built around personal-email users, which suit communities and schools more than a company team.

A worked example: a work-order app for a 10-person team

Glide's page lists plans, not bills, so here is one. Take a service company with an owner, an office manager and 8 field techs. The office manager builds an internal work-order app; every tech opens it daily and changes job status about 6 times a day, so roughly 1,056 edits over 22 workdays. The data is job addresses and customer phone numbers, so the app must stay private to the team.

OptionWhat 10 people needMonthlyYearly
GlideOS Pro, 10 members$125 for 5 members + 5 x $10$175$2,100
Glide Classic Business30 users included; 1,056 edits fit inside 5,000 updates$199, billed yearly$2,388
Retool Team, for comparison1 builder at $10 + 9 internal users at $5, billed annually$55$660
Softr Pro, for comparison$99 includes 2 builders and 10 team users$99$1,188

Why not GlideOS Basic or Plus at $25 or $50? Both cap the team at 2 or 3 members, and an app limited to members is the private option. Plus can publish "public with sign in", but Glide's docs say that lets anyone with the link in after signing in, which is the wrong setting for customer addresses.

The finding most Glide price lists miss: GlideOS charges for every person who opens a private app, so its cost climbs with headcount, while Classic Business includes 30 users. GlideOS Pro is cheaper up to 12 people ($195 against $199). At 13 people it costs $205, and at 20 it is $275 while Classic is still $199. If your team is growing past a dozen and the app is mostly forms, lists and status changes, price Classic before you default to the new product.

The Retool and Softr rows are there because owners usually shortlist them for the same job. Retool bills builders and internal users separately and is far cheaper per head here, but it is a developer-leaning tool. Softr counts team users by your company email domain. Both are first-party prices read October 8, 2026, and neither row includes AI usage beyond each plan's included credits.

Is Glide worth it for a small business?

For an internal app a non-developer can build and change in an afternoon, yes, and $175 a month is cheap next to building custom software. GlideOS's strength is speed: describe the app, upload the spreadsheet, and the agent drafts it. The tradeoffs are a per-member price that grows with your team, a credit pool that drains faster on the Balanced and Heavy modes, and limits on what connects without the Pro plan's premium integrations.

The same pattern shows up across build tools. How each one meters the work decides the bill more than the sticker price does, which is why we priced the same workload on n8n, Make and Zapier before recommending any of them.

Who can build a Glide-style internal app for my business?

If Glide fits, build it yourself or have your most organized office person do it; that is what the product is for. A $10,000 custom build costs about the same as 57 months of GlideOS Pro for 10 people, so a builder only earns that fee when the app has to do something Glide cannot: write into your accounting or job system, run approvals across several tools, or keep working the same way when a vendor changes its plans.

That is the kind of system SuperDupr builds. We do not resell Glide seats. An internal app with the automations behind it is an AI workflow automation project for us, published at $10,000 to $25,000, and a reporting dashboard runs $8,000 to $20,000. Agents that act inside the app, such as one that turns a voicemail into a work order, fall under our AI agent development builds. Support afterwards is $200 to $2,000 a month depending on volume, most AI systems go live in 2 to 4 weeks, and the business owns what we build. How to keep a Glide bill small

  1. Count who opens the app, not who builds it. On GlideOS every private-app user is a member.
  2. Price Classic too past 12 people. Its Business plan includes 30 users at $199 a month billed yearly.
  3. Build on Light mode when the change is small. Balanced uses 3 times the credits, Heavy 5 times.
  4. Start new chats for new tasks. Glide's docs say longer conversations use more credits per reply.
  5. On Classic, keep busy data in Glide's own tables. They do not use updates; Google Sheets and Airtable syncs do.
